A shared company workspace on the phone, with user licences for the people who capture the process. Technicians and engineers join with a company invite. User licences are sold in packs of 5, from €12.50/licence/month, billed annually.
The person who purchases Teams Mobile, and anyone who administers the company, does not have to take a licence. They can take one if they also use the app.
What the company gets
Shift handoffs
An engineer starts a process validation on Monday. A technician continues it on Tuesday with the same machine, material, and tool.
Company-owned data
Process knowledge stays with the company when people change roles. One subscription, one portal, clear access.
Who uses a licence
A licence is for someone using PolyTakt on the phone. Buying the subscription and administering the company are separate.
Purchaser
Pays, receives invoices, and changes the number of licences. No licence is required. They can take one if they also work with the app.
Administrator
Invites people, removes access, and manages who can administer the company. No licence is required. They can take one as well.
Licensed user
Technicians, engineers, and supervisors who capture the process. Each person with app access uses one licence, including an administrator who chooses to take one.

€12.50 per licence per month, billed annually (€150 per licence per year). Minimum 5, then packs of 5.

Individual Pro is one person’s phone and one person’s library. Teams Mobile is a company workspace, so work can move between people. Individual Pro stays available for a single user.
